About The Location

SpiritWorks Trilogy encompasses a trifecta of herb farm & apothecary, retreat center, and wellness clinic. Situated in Whitefish, MT, we’re nestled in the mountains near stunning Glacier National Park.

The retreat will take place on a working farm, where grow over 100 organic, medicinal herbs that will be featured throughout the weekend.

​

 

Site amenities include: a wood-fired hot tub & sauna; yoga & massage equipment; farm-to-table, produce-centered meals; a fire pit & barbecue area; a knowledge-packed library; a badminton net & tetherball court; forested walking trails.

About Your Teacher

The author of several books on herbal medicine and healing, clinical herbalist Elaine Sheff has been passionate about sharing herbal knowledge for over 35 years. She is a graduate of the Rocky Mountain Center of Botanical Medicine and the Southwest School of Botanical Medicine, with a certification in Aromatherapy from the Pacific Institute of Aromatherapy to boot. She currently acts as the Co-Director of Green Path Herb School in Missoula, MT. In this role, she strives to inspire and empower students to remember their connection to the earth, the plants, and their own healing process.

Friday

4 - 5 pm: welcome mocktails & check-in

5 - 6 pm: farm-to-table dinner

6 - 7:30 pm: mini lecture

8 pm: wood-fired hot tub & stargazing

Saturday

7:30 - 8:30 am: group yoga session

8:30-9 am: farm-to-table breakfast

9 am - 12 pm: herbs for immune support lecture

12 - 1 pm: farm-to-table lunch

1 - 4 pm: product making workshop

4 - 5 pm: farm tour & history

5 - 6 pm: farm-to-table dinner

6 pm: game night & bonfire

Sunday

7:30 - 8:30 am: guided meditation & sauna

8:30 - 9 am: farm-to-table breakfast

9 am - 12 pm: herbs for colds & flu lecture

12 - 1 pm: farm-to-table lunch

1 - 4 pm: product making workshop

4 - 5 pm: packing & journal reflection

5 - 6 pm: farm-to-table goodbye dinner

Pricing Options

$550 for both workshop days with overnight stay in retreat center included*

$400 for the whole weekend of classes (locals)*

$250 for one day of classes*

$20 for Friday night class only

$75/night for overnight stay in retreat center or $48/night to camp
