Workshop Alert 5/29: Herbs for Wilderness First Aid

Join us to learn from SpiritWorks' Staff about which medicinal herbs can help in various first aid scenarios like sprains, burns, bee stings & scrapes.
They'll focus on remedies made with local plants you can find while hiking and feature some of SpiritWorks' own herbs too. You'll get to practice what you learn, then take home a goodie bag stocked with curated herbs & herbal products along with an original reference booklet.
Expect to leave the workshop with your own nature-based first aid kit and the knowledge of how to use everything in it!
