We, my classmates in Yoga Teacher Training, are offering free yoga classes as we develop our yoga teacher styles and aptitude. We looks forward to sharing the benefits of yoga for building health and flexibility, comfort and ease in your body.

Those new to yoga and experienced practitioners are welcome.
